Windows 7 Help

I try to set backgrounds all the time, but when I do, (nearly minutes later) it is replaced with a plain black screen. Does this happen to anyone else? And is there a solution for this?

Did you just upgrade to win7 or did you have it for a while?

I've heard of this happening with bad upgrades/installs as well as with non-genuine versions of win7.

It could also be a GPU issue, but I can't be sure of this. But you have nothing to lose if you decide to upgrade your graphics card driver to see.

I bought this comp from a friend, as far as I know the Windows 7 isn't legit. :/
I will just accept closure to the problem with that noted, it stinks though, because when my lights are off it makes some things harder to see, I can deal with it though, thanks LiNuX! :azn:
