Cheers for that guys. I do myself an injustice by saying only WoW lol. It consumes much of my time, but I do play other games. I'm really into the Hitman series and cannot wait for the next one. It looks wicked. Also I love the GTA series and as a spin off Red Dead Redemption.
GTA wise I must say my fave was San Andreas, and I think Red Dead was one of the best games out in the last 5 years. It was spectacular.
I must admit that I do not like FPS on consoles as I am a PC-FPS purist at heart lol, although Perfect Dark for the N64 was possibly the greatest FPS I have played :D

Same here. I used to *hate* FPS’s (except Goldeneye ;)) until I tried playing them on a PC… now I love them :D

I can't see how you can still stand to play WoW. I run out of things to do in a day and have to wait a whole week before I can do anything again.

I still get a lot of enjoyment out of WoW but I can understand your feelings entirely. I have many friends who have given it up, especially after Cata. But I only started playing again last Sept after about 2 years off, so a lot of the things i'm still catching up with. I mostly play on alts at the moment and do mostly low lvl stuff.

I took a good three years off, then was playing on and off for a few months, played it a lot for two months, got bored and I'm still on break.

I’m def over WoW itself, but not the PvPing aspect…. I have to restrain myself from reactivating my account *just* to PvP O_o

Pvp is kinda sad. You'll usually be playing with people that are geared for it and will always beat you. After grinding for honor for a few days you'll finally get your first set of armor and you'll still be owned. Two months later you'll finally be all geared up. Then you'll have to get a buddy to help you do the arena where you wont make any profit unless you win and you'll lose every game to the unfair matchmaking system. Believe me. Thus is exactly what happened.

That’s not totally true. I spent most of my time in WoW PvPing, but I never even cared about gear and I still raped xD I think the closest I got to having anything even close to a full set was only on my main char. But that was just in BG’s… when it comes to arena, I totally agree. If you aren’t a fairly hardcore, fully geared PvPer matched up correctly with classes that compliment each other, you’ll get pwned every time. It sucks >_<

On my server alliance outnumbers horde 4 to 1 and I'm sure most of them are hardcore gamers so we lose in most things pvp

Yea, my server was outnumbered as well, only there were a lot more Horde so I suppose I can’t complain about that :P But when it comes to arena and BG’s that doesn’t really make a difference because in that case you are PvPing with random people from random servers, not just your own.

Well we were outnumbered in our whole battle group. Me and my friends went on the server and my cousin later looked it up and our battle group (the group of servers that can are paired together for pvp) is flooded with alliance. We have only one horde leaning server.
