I LOVED Malcolm in the Middle when I was a kiddo, then, in my early teenage years I adored Friends.
But then came Frasier. I've seen those episodes 10000000 times and the jokes just don't get old. And the cast of that show. Just amazing.

So Frasier gets my vote.

I've seen all but one on the list (3rd rock). Fan of them all. If I had to pick one that made me laugh the most, I'd probably say it was Friends.

Had tons of laughs from the others as well.

There's plenty more out there, like Two and A Half Men, and just other ones that I don't know about or that slipped my mind...I just picked the ones that I feel are the most popular.

I rather like Friends and Home Improvement, but I watched Boy Meets World my entire life, and I love how the show evolved as the characters evolved; it started as simple fun with goofy problems, but as the characters got older, the situations became more serious. It's like life. Such an amazing show.

Arrested development has got to be my favorite post 90s sitcom. It's so funny and original.

Lol What is this, fav sitcom….. of the 90’s? xD

I actually liked them all except That 70’s Show and Friends. Top of the list being 3rd Rock and Home Improvement….. but I def agree with Kink, Arrested Development is the best :D They are actually supposedly starting it back up.

My favorite current sitcom is prolly How I Met Your Mother.

Right now I'm into house though, I've seen every episode of seinfeld like 10 times lol.

This thread made me realize I've never actually watched a sitcom because I wanted to; Channel surfing during a night of boredom and stumbling across one is pretty much the extent of my viewing, so I don't really have a favorite.

I actually started this poll to just take like boy meets world, friends, seinfeld, home improvement, and some other really popular classic 90s sitcoms and just see which one was the best. I didn't really think to include any modern ones...

well, my intent with this topic was to find what people thought was better: friends or boy meets world, but i added a few other well-known "classic" sitcoms in, which is why its only 90s stuff.

Btw, Big Bang Theory is my favorite show.

Lol Go figure with all the threads here, the Best Sitcom thread is the one getting such angry debate.

First of all I must say, we all know Nirvana sucks. I mean, the lead singer killed himself because even *he* couldn’t stand his own music. So no need to point out the obvious. But if you did feel like doing so, there are music threads to debate about music in ;)

Secondly, is it just me or are there shows you hated as a kid but love now or vice versa? I used to effin hate Friends as a kid.... now I hate to admit that it amuses me. Or like That 70's Show... used to like it, can't even stand to see it on the TV anymore.

Thirdly.... did anybody *actually* ever enjoy Everybody Loves Raymond? Cause that show does now and always has sucked bawls and it still boggles my mind there are even still reruns on TV -__-

Yeaaaaa, I knew everyone wouldn’t appreciate that joke. Sorry, I couldn’t resist! ;) However, every once and awhile someone comes along who is like me and doesn’t get offended by..... well, anything really. So in hopes that I may find another rare person like me that appreciates my sense of humor, I never restrain myself :)

You know what's really scary? The shows we watched a kid... are now considered retro and on channels like Nick at Nite. Know what was on Nick at Nite when I was a kid?? I Love Lucy, MASH, etc.... that makes me feel *really* old :(

It's okay; it's just that I have many, many personal experiences with people who have attempted/committed suicide, so it's sort of a big deal to me. I'm not really offended, but I just don't think it's really the sort of thing that should be joked about. That's just me though *shrug.*
