I'm currently watching Walking Dead and Supernatural, but I recently caught up to both series and right now there at that mid season break. So I'm looking for something to watch in my free time.
I rather watch a series that is still on going, but it really doesn't matter I guess. I was thinking of watching Heros maybe, or Being Human, not sure if there any good or not, but they look interesting. Thoughts, recommendations?

If you've never seen Dexter, I'd recommend that. They finished their 6th episode last night, awesome show.

Trailer park boys and How I met your mother sound like comedies. I rather have more series or the super natural type shows.
I've heard of Dexter, I may check it out, same with Breaking bad and Entourage.

Fringe is pretty good. It stimulates the mind and has fairly good acting.

Breaking Bad is fantastic. Being Human is another one of my favorites.
Are you looking for shows currently on TV, or older shows as well?

Either is fine really, just I hate watching shows on the computer, so It's nice to be able to watch them on tv. It really doesn't matter though. I went through 6 seasons of 22 episodes when I was watching supernatural. So I guess it really doesn't matter.

Yeah I guess, like a sci fi/ supernatural drama type show.

Sounds like what I'm looking for, I'll take a look.

Dexter is definitely recommended. I think Linux meant to say it just finished its sixth season ;p
Watched a bit of Being Human, its pretty good but it didn't capture me that much.
I've heard Sons of Anarchy is really good but I haven't seen it myself.

Yeah 6th Season!
I wanted to watch Being Human but haven't gotten a chance go get in it, same with SoA.
I have to catch up to Justified too, saw season 1, missed season 2, and season 3 is starting soon.

Lost, Prison Break, 24, and Battlestar Galactica are great, with several seasons each, but no longer airing.
Alcatraz is an upcoming show that looks promising, premiere's sometime in January.
Game of Thrones season 2 begins in Spring, which would give you some time to get caught up. Episodes are about an hour long, great show.
Most of the shows I watch are currently on break as well. Merlin and Misfits (both British) are the only shows I'm watching at the moment that aren't on break, but both are nearing the end of their current season.

Heroes is amazing, but you're gonna be disappointed...they were supposed to run it for 5 seasons, but they cancelled after 4 D: I'm halfway through season 3, it's still worth it

It was one of my favorite shows.
If you like Spy shows, I'd recommend Chuck. Came on the second season of Heroes and is still on. It's on its final season though. Great show.

Heroes started out awesome. I thought season 4 sucked and the story got completely screwed up as a result of the writers strike. :/

Oops, I meant season 3, 4 isn't as bad :P
Beginning of the 3rd season is when everything gets screwed up.

I know it has and I've totally loved it. Every episode makes you go WOAH WTF IS GOING ON NOW WHERE WHY WHO AHHHHHH.
I love that show, and I'm loving it more that it's gonna pick up.
and then be done with.... :(
