The latest and biggest update to Google's mobile device OS Android is due to become available in mid-January. I decided to post the current list of phones and tablets that will either receive the update through the phones native update manager or come preloaded with the software from the manufacturer.
The new update will include a completely re designed user interface or UI, that takes features from both Honeycomb which is the version of android currently on most tablets and Gingerbread which is the name of the version on the phones. Google has aimed to combine both the tablets and phones versions of Android to create a version that will become the standard for all future Android devices. So, enough background here is the list along with statements about ICS from the phones manufacturers.
