Does anyone own a Wii Fit?

Do you use it as a game or to actually help you keep fit?

In the UK these are generally expensive although if you are lucky enough then one can easily be picked up on ebay.

I don't have one as yet but I am looking into getting one (cheaper via ebay :D )

As for fitness I wouldn't say I am either ft nor unfit.

Wii fit is fun, it gets you going. It'll make you sweat :D

But yea, it works surprisingly well! I prefer Wii Fit/DDR/Kinect over the gym any day ;)

I have a Wii Fit and it helped me lose my first 30 pounds! It's a great way to start getting fit, but it definitely isn't the solution. It gets really boring after a while...

Wii Fit is fun! Although I’m not sure if it really helps as a full time exercise solution.
