Jurassic Park 3D re-release

But we’re still going to get a 3D version of Jurassic Park. The film was just dated for re-release today, and will hit theaters on July 19, 2013 according to Jeff Sneider of Variety. Spielberg did also say last year that the only one of his films he’s interested in post-converting to 3D is the original Jurassic Park. But at that point, it seemed like only an idea.



And they wonder why less and less people want to go to the movies!

I hate when they do these pointless remakes just to get more money and add useless 3d effects.

I think it'd be kind of cool to see Jurassic Park on the big screen, I missed the chance on the original. Though I rather watch... well you know, the original, but yeah.

I think they should of a classic type of movie each weekend where you can go watch it for like 4 or 5 dollars. Though I may be the only one who likes to watch moves on the big screen, I think it's just the atmosphere you get during the climax of the movie. I love Cinematic Adventures

What the hell dudes, Imma lover of the original movies, specially the first one (and the books!! You havn't red them, you know nothing about dinosaurs), and I can not wait to see it on the big screen, 3D is just an interesting add to it. Ive been waiting for my whole life to see this in theaters, sence I was... what, 2 years old when it came up, and 9 when I first saw it. I_CANT_WAIT

This is just going to take screens away from original movies. It's bad enough that we're spammed with remakes of older movies and sequels, now we're being bombarded with re-releases of movies with 3D added. I'm more worried about the Jurassic Park 4 they've been talking about the last 10 years. Oh those sleepless nights, wondering how they are going to rape my dinosaurs with feathers and fur.

Just re-releasing it 3D form isn't that bad, and a classic like this deserves it's screen time!

I like remakes of movies personally, gives a different perspective of the movie with fresh actors, I honestly don't mind it at all.
