I once dug a snow tunnel for a truck and thought that was the most snow ever. Now I know better.

i'd like to bring into question the structural integrity of this idea. it's obvious to anyone who can reason beyond a few minute's time that the walls will eventually cave in and destroy whomever is under the snow when it does evenutally fall. also, why the **** are they making the road so twisty? what obstacle could have been so indominable that they couldn't bulldoze it when making the road in the first place? rocks? orphans? the idea of comunisim in it's pure state? i hardly think that would be the case. this is balderdash bob and i demand your reasoning for this.

The roads where the same in Scotland so I proposed the same question. My understanding is that Japan, like Scotland already had a lot of twisty roads made before they decided to pave them. Obviously made back in a day and age when going around things seemed like a better idea. Also, maybe slave gangs have a poor sense of direction.

We are spoiled by being in a nation with relatively sane road planning.
