ok about 9 years ago i play a disc based pc game about a evil weatherman trying to take over the world and i wanted to play it again for nostalgias sake but thats all i know about does anyone know what it is?8)

oh and on the very first board you have to fix a robot's circuits that same robot i think helps you though the game

Hmm, no clue. Try asking on TipOfMyTongue/Reddit (http://www.reddit.com/r/tipofmytongue/) or a larger board like Gamespot, you'll likely have better luck.

I really wish I knew, but I wasn't big on gaming back then and I didn't own a computer until about 2003.. Sry about that, Have you tried doing an internet search for it? just by the year and theme etc? maybe it will help..
