But the bar that says "user" under "the villain" there should be a GFX novice there.
I was a GFX novice the last time I was here.

Yes, you should reapply. When someone becomes inactive for such a long time they are removed from the position.

Well you were inactive for a long time. Besides its not too hard to apply. You'd probably end up drawing something anyway. Why else be on GFX?
