Nope, but try un-checking foreground and background FPS in the video options, along with enabling full-screen windowed mode.

Gonna try this.

More than enough to run the game, it must be either a bug in the game or something on my drivers.

Have you updated all of your drivers? Are you using windows? Do you get error messages? What do they say?

Windows 7 64 bit. I played Rift, the new Assassins Creed and many other games without any problems.
Here is what the latest one says:

Update your drivers. Are you using more than one video card?

I have already done the updates and no I have one card.
The beta worked fine on my pc, I am almost sure this is a software thing and not a problem with my pc.

What graphics card do you have?
I have a GTX 480.
Dunno why this is happening, the beta ran fine on my pc.
Does it run any other games while having the same problem?

No, it's just Diablo 3. I played Skyrim on max and a bunch of other games and never had a BSOD or crash whatsoever. Fukin Blizzard

Go into your Control Panels > User Accounts > Turn on the Guest Account
Close Control Panels
Shift+Right-click the Diablo 3 exe and select Run as a different user
Enter Guest with no password when prompted to log in
If done correctly, you should be able to play.
Hope this helps.

Or on the flip side try running it as administrator. Does your graphics card overheat?

Already tried running as administrator. And no my card isn't overheating. First thing I checked.

Well then the last thing I can think of is reinstalling. Search the interweb some more if you don't wanna try that yet. My computer knowledge has run out :p
