Yeeeeeah.... -.-
You know I don't like Crytek since they always seem to use now at least one thing in a trailer I totally don't like.
Crysis Trailer for Console:
It changed gaming forever (No it didn't btw., the only thing that changed were the graphics)
Crysis 2 Trailer:
Looks very similar to the Trailer of the first game, well main thing are explosions and the same scenes of the armor suit.
This car physics trailer:
MOST REALISTIC CAR CRASH PHYSICS EVER!!! (I don't think so)
It looks realistic and nice but seriously, I'm sick of trailers like those made by Crytek or EA.
Well anyway, I'll look forward to see those physics in a racing game or in an open world game like Saints Row or GTA but not in Crysis (I hate the driving physics there). Yes I don't like the Crysis Series that much because I think it's overhyped as hell, even if I enjoyed the first game (but the ending was crappy and kinda made me think:,, That's...that's all?").

For me, Crysis 1 was fantastic, because the gameplay, visuals and physics were incredible, and unlike anything else I had ever played at that time. The ending could have been better, but I've forgiven them for that because the expansion to Crysis 1, Crysis Warhead, tied things up very nicely, and it was an incredible experience.
The car physics video isn't a trailer, it's just showcasing what they can do with their physics engine, so you can't really grief them for that. If a developer achieves something, they're gonna show it off, because they're proud of it.
If your opinion is that they are not the best car-crash physics you have ever seen, then what game do you think has better?
This was not an attack on your personal opinion, I was just sharing my opinions.

Well after Crysis 2 (I like the first game, but not love it as much as others do^^) I noticed some things about Crytek in total. :)

Hm, I thought it would be a sort-of Trailer for Crysis and their Cry-Engine... Okay It looks good and the Developer can give himself some credit but it's mistaken in games like Crysis where the tank feels like soap while driving. ;)
I never actually said that there is another game with better car-crash physics, I don't share Cryteks opinion that it's the best car-crash physics of all times, at least they can try to tell me that in 10 years again.

None taken. :)
Usually, if I would discuss with a Crysis Fan in this way (where I don't mention the good stuff about Crysis like the voice acting for example) I would have gotten an endless rage where that guy wants to rape me and my family (well not exactly but you know what I mean^^).

Well if its the best right now. It's the best of all times. Ofc that'll eventually change as will everything that is all times. Unless you can provide evidence of something more epic, then it currently is the best of all times
What was the engine that they used for Heavy Rain?

This actually looked really good, however I wonder if they are able to inplement this sort of detailed destruction into a game(it must take both time and hardware to keep everything this detailed).

Personally, I hope they make just as much effort to get rid of objects clipping through other objects. I know they said that they're working on polishing that aspect up, but it's one feature that always bugs me in games, because it's never done properly.
I am somewhat of a snob when it comes to visuals, and they need to be as good as the age we live in. If objects like a gun holster is sinking and glitching into a player-model's leg, or waist, then that annoys the balls off me. Surfaces should physically clash with surfaces, meaning that nothing should be sinking or poking through into something else.
A prime example of the aforementioned is in games like Call of Duty and Battlefield multiplayer. Somebody can be crouched or prone in a building, right up against the wall (a wall which is separating the outside from the in) and another guy/girl passing by on the outside of the building will sometimes be able to see the other person's body clipping through the wall. That guy/girl then is able to shoot this person from the outside, even though the person they're shooting at is on the inside.
It's infuriating.
