Yeah I can't customize my profile at all, says I haven't activated my account -witch I did- or that I was banned -and I wasn't- so anybody know whats up with the UCP?

You have to wait 24 hours before editing anything.
Either that or you have confirm your E-mail address first...

Close. There are a few steps in regards to being able to customize your user CP.


--You must verify your e-mail address

--Be a member for 24 hours

--Make 10 (count em, TEN!) meaningful posts (meaning that they're in a subforum that counts post counts)



in order to add a signature, profile picture, etc. It's mostly just to weed out spammers from genuine people.

They never do. I say we start out where they gotta read them and the only way they can get to register if they pass a quiz on the rules they just read.

To be honest, when I first joined here, I never read the rules. I learned them quickly from seeing other people get yelled at, but I never actually read the rules till I was around like 200 post or so.

I always try to at least skim through the rules when I join places to see if there's anything other than the obvious, such as the 10 posts 24 hour thing in effect here.
