questions about Agarest: Generations Of War 2

I have been watching videos of this game on youtube and i really really want it its exactly the type of game i like. but i have some questions about it.

first question if i buy the second one does it have the first one built into it like dragonage2???

also after i have completed the first one can i use the same weapons and characters in the second one do i get to keep them?

also can i take as much time as i like taking my turn since its turn based? unlike the new final fantasy games that arent really turn based?

I don't believe the second game has the first one included and I believe it's also a no for weapons carrying over, but there is a game save import function. However it looks like it only imports select items. Idk for the last question.
