Battlefield 3 - Retarded server rules?!

Okay, tell me, what the hell is up with these retarded server rules people make?

I joined a server last night, and it literally said:
"no rpg/smaw, no stinger, no snipers" - On a ****ing giant conquest map!

Other servers writes things like:
"no 320, no shotguns, no c4, etc."

And I'd wish it was only a handful of servers that did this, but I've been
running into them pretty often recently. And even if you obey their ridiculous
rules, the admin might still kick you if he doesn't like the way you play.

What I don't get, is why people try to control what weapons other players use, or the way they play for that matter? Or when people ***** about weapons being overpowered, or "glitched". IMO, if it's in the game, it's legit.

And I'm clealy not the only one that is annoyed be this, because I joined a server a couple of days ago, with a description I found so hilarious, that I instantly favoured it. Slight sarcasm might've been used:

seriously, me and my friend play together on the 360, we get kicked every 3/4 games, we just butt **ck like crazy, we usually go an average of 15/2 and flag attack like crazy, but the kids who play like a cod fag stay in the game...... i had the way battlefields going...not the game but the community

I was playing last night and the rules read.

"No RPGs, 320's, Stingers, SMAW or Anti Air"

"Oh boy so we're all going to get wrecked by vehicles on Caspian Border. This should be fun." So I shot his heli down with the Korn Launcher and got banned from server, So i carefully wrote him a message and said so what rule did I break? to which he replied I just sucked.

Ragers like these are pathetic and I think the BFF episode says it the best

lol, I hate many of these rules, sometimes I can understand them though. In one game almost everybody on one team were using snipers so we (the defenders) got shot as soon as we showed ourselves. I dont like it but I dont want them forbidden, they are in the game so I say use it or get used to it instead of just banning everything you dont like.
