AMD Catalyst Software Suite Version 12.10

I have Radeon Graphics HD 6730M 2GB. Can I install AMD Catalyst Software Suite Version 12.10 for my laptop.How about the latest Beta 12.11 ??? TQ

The AMD Catalyst Software Suite should be on your computer if you already have all of your drivers downloaded and installed. here is AMD's downloads page (http://sites.amd.com/us/game/downloads/Pages/downloads.aspx). It should have all of the drivers you need if you are running Windows.

Currently I have version 12.8 but when I installing version 12.10 it just install Install manager and my screen goes completely black when i'm installing Beta 12.11

What operating system are you using? Also there might be a problem with the Beta 12.11 which causes the black screen issue and I would suggest only using the stable versions unless you really know what you are doing. You might want to try downloading the automatic detection software.

Edit: Unfortunately I can't seem to find drivers above 12.8 anywhere. Your card probably isn't supported by the newer versions of the software. Are you currently having problems with your graphics?

Well I don't think that upgrading your driver software would help much. Try turning down the settings or upgrading your hardware. Generally the mobile graphics cards aren't the best for playing games.
