PS4 and XB1 Sales

I always find it interesting to keep up in the sales of the consoles to see which is doing better. Right now it's probably closest I've ever seen it for any systems.

PS4 sold 2.1 Million system in 30 countries
XB1 sold 2 Million systems in 13 countries.

Almost all of the consoles are sold out everywhere, so at this time it's more of who is playing the supply and demand game better. Once stores are actually able to carry consoles for more than a day is when we will find out which is the best seller.


On a side note, Wii U has sold 4.3 million consoles in almost a year. Kind of a comparison on how well the two consoles are doing.

That is interesting. I'm surprised they are so close in number.

Holy! I had no idea that the Wii U was selling so well! Especially compared to the Xbox One and PS4. I am really surprised. Despite hearing most people I know talk crap on the Xbox One, I knew it was going to sell just as well as the PS4.

I've actually been considering getting a Wii U just for shiz and giggles. Because of my PC (and the lack of any good exclusive titles), I have exactly 0 interest in either the One or PS4. But the Wii U has "party game" appeal to me :P Smash Bros, Mario Kart, Mario Party. I'm just waiting for a really good sale/deal.

That's exactly what I did, Wii U has so many exclusives, it's actually worth spending 300 on it. Especially now since games are finally coming out for it. Mario 3D Land just came out as well as Zelda a couple months ago and I've always thought Zombie U looked interesting. Then as you said, Smashbros and Mario Kart have been announced. Then I always hope for a Pokemon Stadium game, but that's just me and probably won't happen.
