Ok, so I found a site that will let me see if the computer i'm currently on will play a game of choice. What i want is a site that will let me know if the computer i'm about to buy will let me play the game of choice.

Is there a site that will let me input the computer specs then input a game and then give me an answer as to if it will play it and on what settings?

Not that I know of 80% of running a game is your Graphics card. Easiest thing to do is see what the recommend requirements are for the game you want to play. Then see if the PC your buying has a better card than the one needed. If you're buying a half way decent card you should be able to play any game fine on medium/high graphics. My cards almost 4 years old now and only games I have issues with are the newer ones. I just have to lower my graphics and it'll run smooth.
