It's no secret that Riot has been working on a visual update to Summoner's Rift for quite some time, but I'm here to inform you friends that the new Rift is officially open for an "open beta test" on all bot games and team builder. The new jungle items are not in the game yet and the jungle camps still go off of the old jungle timers but the new look of the map is indeed updated. Riot is also giving out two special summoner icons, one for winning a game on the blue side and one for winning a game on the red side.
Played my first game on the map in a bot game just to get into a game quickly so I could have a look (and to get the blue side icon for free :p) and the map looks fantastic.
