.psd would be usefull, and are the layers merged or not? unmerged means u can give out the full license of it, merged, well the others cant really change stuff lol

u should submit ur forum into directories, check the websites board, i put up links to like a dozen free directories, most dont ask for a reciprocal link back ;D it may be helpful
