Chronicles of Riddick:Dark Athena, Where is it?

So the supposed release date for Dark Athena was this fall, but outside of the official announcement and some early screenshots, we have heard nothing about it. Is it right to assume this got pushed back to next spring with all the games coming out this fall?

With the quality of next-gen games coming out, I find it hard to believe a remake like this is going to sell well.

It's a bit more than just a remake. Besides that, whoever didn't play the first game will notice this one given it has a good advertising campaign showing off the new graphics. A new sub-title also suggests something "new" to it, and most casuals (who may not have even played the first) won't even realize it is a remake.
