have you ever had a really horrible dream in the middle of the night and then been scared awake? Look at the time because if it's around 3am you might have a poltergeist.

Most of the paranormal things that happen in the world happen around 3am which is said to be when the barrier between our world and the paranormal world is thin and things have been known to come over to our world.

It's called "the Witching hour." More reported unexplained phenomena has happen at this time (or between midnight and 3am) than any other hour. It all freaks me out.
