Tomb Raider Ledgends was my favourite. I completed it 3 times.... although I am mad about TR.

If I could choose my own, I would pick King Kong, it was one of the first games out on the 360(and my first also since I got 360 on its release). There are only like 10 chapters to the game, and with each chapter it is like 80 points or something, but it is very easy to complete and you can get all the achievements the first time through the game so you don't have to keep repeating it over and over lol.
