Carbon and Pro Street.

What in the world? Carbon was good enough about it having a story, but it took a step in the wrong direction, now this? Organized events? What is this? I've lost all faith in the NFS series and don't think.. that whatever is next, will be any good. If they do.. start a new series, and with good story I'll be happy. What do you feel?

racing having a story? non sense those 2 things don't go hand in hand, anyway Carbon sucked balls , Most Wanted was alright, haven't got Pro Street yet but judging by the demo is was alright as far as I'm concerned Underground 2 was that last truly worthwhile NFS title and that still didn't touch the epic awesomeness of Hot Pursuit and High Stakes, and your dreaming if you think EA is going to stop making NFS games, it's a racing cash cow for them..regardless of how bad they are people gobble them up, expect a new NFS every 12-15 months till the end of eternity or until people stop falling for EA mostly crappy titles and EA goes outta of business..aka never happening it, there's a better chance of Mongolia taking over China.

I'll just stop buying them. Actually, Most Wanted was good. NFS died with Carbon, and Pro Street is a step in the wrong direction.

I disagree greatly about Most Wanted, huge letdown, sure you can stop buying them and thats your right as a consumer but that's not going to stop the other couple million from stop buying and forcing them to actually do a NFS good again.

I would rather they bring it back to Underground 2/splice that with High Stake/Hot Pursuit/ spice that with a SA size map/splice that with the car selection of GT5 and I will be a happy man.

I liked Hot Pursuit most, it was when NFS was best, Underground was too chavvy for me.

How many NFS have you played? Because imo Most Wanted didn't hold much weight against the best in the series.

Only played/own that one. Well, I once rented Hot Pursuit 2 a long time ago, but I didn't play it enough to remember if I really enjoyed it or not.

Underground 2 is so much better as far PS2 NFS's goes..I'd really recommend that. Underground is about even to Most Wanted. High Stakes and Hot Pursuit are leagues ahead of Most Wanted but I haven't played either in about 4 years so they may not have aged well but man they were certainly a blast back in the PS1 days. Pro Street seems decent but that opinion is only coming from playing the demo, has a nice sense of speed but in the end I have been burned by Most Wanted(not bad but If I wouldn't have blindly bought it if Underground 2 was so awesome.. above average title) and Carbon(tripe..below average at best...EA laughing to the bank on this title)

I like the NFS series.
Pro Street definitely defeats the purpose of it though.

No I Just used my copy of the game (gave the original to my cousin) and when I try to run the game (using the crack) the screen goes black and then the error message :
NFSC.exe has encounterd a problem apears. Is something wrong with my Graphics or is it the crack. Thanks a Million ;-)

I enjoyed Pro Street much more than I enjoyed Carbon. Pro Street is like underground 1 where you only do the races, but your vehicle gets damaged and messed up and the vehicles feels great to handle especially when you can feel the raw power of the vehicle that you are using.
