RuneScape is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) by British developer Jagex and is programmed in Java. Over nine million active players across 140 internationally located servers make RuneScape one of the top online video games in the world. RuneScape was launched on 4 January 2001 and offers both pay-to-play (P2P) and free-to-play (F2P) memberships. RuneScape is designed to be accessible from any location with an internet connection, to run in an ordinary Web browser, and to be undemanding upon system resources. The game comes in English and German.
Players, shown on the screen as customizable avatars, can see and interact with each other. While playing the game, players can engage in combat, trade, or chat. The primary activities of RuneScape are combatting non player character monsters and other players, developing a variety of skills through training, and accumulating wealth. Players can set their own goals and objectives; there is no linear path that must be followed.
RuneScape takes place in the realm of Gielinor, which is divided into the Kingdoms of Misthalin, Asgarnia, and Kandarin, the tropical Karamja island, the Kharidian Desert region, and the lawless Wilderness, among others. Players can travel throughout the world on foot, by riding in vehicles (such as boats, mine carts, or gnome gliders), or by teleporting with magic spells. Each kingdom, island, or forest area offers different types of monsters to fight, different materials to process into usable commodities, and different quests to complete.
RuneScape is usually updated weekly by Jagex. Although the majority of content updates are accessible only to paying players, updates can bring new areas to explore, new items to collect, new skills to train, and new monsters to fight.

How to make a good team

1. What does your team do?

-Offer information for you club or team. Give details on what you do.

2. Where does your team meet?

-If your team is a P2P only team, tell them what member world (more options available) and area to meet at. (Keep it around the Kingdom of Misthalin) Then you can take your team and travel to farther areas of Runescape.

-If your team is a F2P only team, tell them what free world and area to meet at. Try to meet around Draynor Village. (It is less crowded than Lumbridge)

-If your team is both P2P and F2P, meet in a free world (everyone can be there) and area to meet at. This way all your team members can visit each other.

3. Who is in your team?

-When adding your team members, be sure to include the Gamers-Forum name, Runescape name, and level.
ex. GF Eric/Sir Nrop/Level 56
This way you can know who is who n your team when having your meeting in Runescape.

4. When does your team meet?

-Give yourself about one to three days a week. Set times in all zones.
ex. 7:00 eastern
----6:00 central
----5:00 mountain
----4:00 pacific
This way no one is confused when there is a meeting and is too early or to late.

5. How will this help your team members?

-Give them information on how the club will help out in the long run.
ex. If you fight strong enemies allow aid, that way you all can gain experience and complete missions that are for cooperative.
Tips

- In order to gain members and high recognition, try these tips below.

1. Make your thread colorful. With color, everything pops out and is noticed.

2. Bold your thread. Make everything more readable.

3. Make competition. Since we can trade, put up an item for grabs. It will make your team more attractive and people will want those items.

4. Have fun. Don't be strict or you will have men dropping out of your clan left and right and leave you http://forums.miniclip.com/images/smilies/headscratch.gif and http://www.gamers-forum.com/images/icons/icon8.gif why everyone is leaving.

5. Help out your team members. If they are a low level help them fight off strong enemies and give them weapons. This way they will respect you and you can gain more members because of the way you treat your team members.

6. Make sure to breakup your men into teams so for example you assign jobs to men and have them carry the tasks out.
ex. Have 4 men fish, 2 men Defend, 2 men make fire and 1 General make sure everyone is doing what they should. Then get everyone off to travel with food, supplies and aid.
Hope this guide helps you out in your way you create your team. More will be added in time.
