The effects, coloring, and text just don't flow with eachother.
There's too much going on with master chief and there's no blending.

I know I can do better but I got this crummy Photoshop CS and it barely has anything I normally use in CS2 and CS3 plus GIMP.

I think it would be more heldful to Eric if you gave him some criticism instead of telling him you hate it.
It's kind of rude and I know I personally wouldn't like it if someone did that to me.
