Has anyone else played this game?

I wanna get it, but I wanna know how good of a computer you need to run it at a steady level.

So anyone have info on what kind of PC you'd need? The requirements aren't as steep as like Crysis from what I can tell, but gamespot said that you need really high everything to run it well, and that forged alliances has even higher requirements (which sucks cuz thats the one i wanted) so i'd rather just get the original

i got some of its minimum requirements:

1.8 GHz processor
512 MB RAM
8 GB available hard drive space
128 MB video RAM or greater, with DirectX 9 Vertex Shader / Pixel Shader 2.0 support (Nvidia 6x00 or better)
Sound card, speakers or headphones
Broadband internet connection (DSL/Cable).

the requirements aren't too high - today's computers are usually 2+ ghz and comes with over 1gb RAM and at least a 128mb gpu

What worry's me though is that it's an early 2007 game and gamespot's review says it took even the best computers down onto their knees.

I don't want too expensive of a computer.

well my current computer is full of suckage and failure, so...the most taxing game I can run is diablo 2.

And it doesnt look like itll be released any time soon. I'm hoping that when I get my pc back itll be strong enough to play it.
