Lucky to be alive..

Last nite I was in a pretty serious wreck. I let a friend of mine drive my dad's truck and we were doing donuts, the truck flipped one time completely and landed on it's wheels. I was in the passenger seat, another friend was in the middle front seat, and the driver of course. The driver didn't get hurt, the one in the middle got a bit of a cut in her mouth I think, I was hurt the most by scraping up my hand and wrist bad (glass I think flew at me), and a gouge in my shoulder. We weren't wearing belts. the truck is in decent shape, im surprised its still running after that. I couldnt really see the shape of it last nite cuz of the darkness, but my dad brought it back from the impound today and it is a miracle we came out hardly harmed.

The driver was a girl, and she's really sad about what happened. I've been trying to talk to her n stuff to make her feel a bit better about it, and I just said were alive, and that is worth more than a dang truck. I took all the blame as I am the one that said she could do it, but she still blames herself..

Seems like my life has been real hectic this year alone, with a ton of bad things happening. I can only hope that when I move out this summer I will start getting some luck as I study for my G.E.D and try to make something of my life as I haven't been doing well in school or anything..

One miracle I will never forget.

good thing your alive. also you really don't have to study for GED ..easy as hell. I passed it with flying colors.

lol donuts? well glad you are alive dude - why a truck? they have a higher chance to roll over like SUVs cuz of their center of gravity

but glad to know you weren't hurt badly

at least the truck didnt stay upside down, you would have been in more trouble

Yeah I know, thanks for the sympathy. Cuz we own 2 trucks, and a car. One truck is basically done for, and my mom would never in hell let me use her car, so this was the only thing I could use. I can do a lot with the truck, cuz im experienced and have practiced a lot (drifting etc.), and was showing off a bit before I let her drive, she just overdid it a bit thinking she could match it maybe. I've really never did full on donuts for that reason, but she loves doing them so I just went with it cuz I like to make ppl happy.. She's did donuts before since I have let her drive the same truck before, but I guess this time was just unlucky..

Yeah I'm glad it did flip back over cuz someone could of got crushed or something if it stayed on its roof.

For some reason I don't remember a lot of details of it. It seemed like we only flipped once but it could of been twice im not sure. Kinda had a hard time remembering what day it was when the doc asked me but I was never the best with days n such. I could of been knocked out cuz I got a cut on my head, but luckily I stayed conscious so I could make sure everybody was alright and take them home and get to the hospital etc.

One of the cops was a real prick to me, I just wanted to knock him out. And for someone to remember "about what time did it happen" is bs.. I dunno buddy I was being thrown around, it didn't phase me to look at the clock so that I could tell you what time it happened..

For some reason this doesn't make me want to stop driving, but she swore she would never get her license because of this. I know how she feels, but since I have done a lot of crazy crap with vehicles I guess it just doesn't phase me as much anymore.

My mom said I would probably get kicked off the insurance, I said o well I don't need it rite now i'm moving out in 2 months and I won't be able to afford a car for awhile anyways..

I'm just glad no one died or I could not live with myself after something like that..

I put some pics up in the first post so you could see how it looks now.. all of the mirrors are gone, I don't even know where the rearview mirror went.. probably they are all at the crash site. I duno if the engine is out of place as the hood looks way different like something is jamming it up..

Sorry they are so crappy and dark, its from my fone and it's in the garage, and that is one reason I didn't get any pics of the driver's side

I don't think so. My bro told me that he was gunna take the insurance money and get a car, or a ford ranger

I guess they found one of the side mirrors and the rearview mirror at the wreck
