I made a few threads about it earlier (thanks to Freebee for my sweet logo) and I finally have it just about satisfactory.

I've been working on it on and off for awhile now and put in a good bit of time. I have a few scripts up, the layout in a beta phase since I think I'm going to change the text color, and general mojo filled awesomeness.

For those who can't tell, it's a webmaster script resource:-P

Luckily, most of my Internet friends are webmasters, and I'm setting up some link exchange agreements for advertising. I have a few hosting companies advertising for me too ^^

So, I give you http://scriptsforyou (dot) org (http://scriptsforyou.org). Please tell me what you think of it, don't be afraid to rate it harshly, keep in mind the text WILL probably be changed, and sign up for the forum if you want to

its pretty cool but that blue on the black background isn't looking too good - and i have a headache and i can't look at bright things without my eyes hurting lol and that blue on the black looks very bright

and for visited links you used strike and red - i suggest you take out both and leave it to being green - its more professional imo

did you use css or fully html?

CSS and HTML

I'll take out the link addons and change the text, I was thinking something that stands out against the black like red

its just my headache that everything bright is making it worse - my monitor brightness is as low as possible right now lol

i'll remember to look at it tomorrow, when hopefully my headache will be gone :D

Not bad but it could use some work like your forum logo needs work

It's a good start.
I suggest making a tabled or div layout for it.
It would make things a lot more professional.
The logo should probably match the green of your forum too.

I was thinking both of the same things, and the only reason I haven't done all the diving is because I'm lazy :-) I'll work on that later and start making a diving plan, thanks

Could you give me an idea on how to fix it?

Also, after posting this link, I got like 12 new hits ^^

you should work with div layouts like ruki said - i find that easier than tables and it's much easier to manage as well with CSS.

and you should use white for the text instead of blue - keep it simple, sometimes simple is better than trying to make things complicated (i can see the blue clearly now :D no headache lol)

and make the link green - when mouse hovers, turn it red and underlined or something - and when it has been visited, make it green again

right now the navigation bar to me looks red and crossed out - you don't want that for your nav bar lol

good luck :D

GF is a good place to advertise stuff lol, people that come to spam are just idiots, if they do it the right way they wouldn't have a problem
