[Raw!]

Sometimes in Userbars I see little strokes going diagonally. It makes a good effect, can anybody tell me how to do it on a signature in CS2?

Also, can someone show a tutorial or even tell me how to make a pop-up signature? Thanks.

Lol, you mean scanlines? I found a tutorial for that once... couldn't seem to get it to work. If somebody can help you they'd probably be helping me as well.

Well, for PSP I usually find a striped image that repeats smoothly and use the fill tool to cover my image document.
Then I either mess with the opacity or overlay it.

I'm sure you could do something like that on PS.

As for pop-out buttons, I'd try deviantart for tutorials.
It's a good place to look.

Both are pretty easy to make. Never tried anything with PS, but GIMP I can do both you listed pretty easily. Just all comes with practice.

But yeah, there should be plenty of tuts out there for you to look at

Are you talking about scanlines? Well.. diagonal-scan lines? Like the ones in the background of my sig? If so, I can send you a quick tut on how to do it. its fairly simple.

Yeah, he's looking for scanlines.
But I think it's more like the ones that are on Slackers Mod title bar.
More pixelated and whatnot.
