you have to earn it, you have been here only for a few hours, give it a week or two and let everyone see your work first - its not easy becoming staff

Well, If I have the power to edit signature, I would have show my masterwork in there. =)

I don't think I've been in here for 1 day, because I don't see the edit signature option.

They do, I've read the signature rules. Thy said have to have more than 10 posts and then must be on this forum memberlist for one day and I think they said after reaching ten posts at least one day, we have to wait a minimum of 10 hours for the change to take place.
