What was your favorite/most memorable boss battle?

In the no doubt vast number of games that you've played, which boss battle was the most memorable or your favorite to do?

Mine personally was facing Sephiroth in Kingdom Hearts II. It's so challenging, yet so freakin' awesome!

I never could never beat him, atleast at lv.48 I couldn't.

Best boss Battle for me? Emperor Ing (Metroid Prime 2: Echoes)

Huge Boss...Seems like the battle never ends.

God, I love that game. lol.

And then the one on Croc for PC.
It was a big ladybug.
The only reason I remember it is because it took me nearly an hour to figure out how to kill it, lol.

Mines would have to be between The Giant White Heartless you had to face in KH2 as Roxas, or Sephiroth in KH2

Oh yeah! I remember both of those bosses! I still have Croc on my PC I think...I don't think I ever could beat that one boss in the clockwork factory. Was that the one where you had to fight him as Tiny Kong?

Hmmm... there were a lot of bosses I liked facing. Personally, the only boss I didn't like facing was the end with Ganondorf on Twilight Princess. I was only able to tap A fast enough once. The struggle I had probably makes it the most memorable.

DK 64 was the hardest game ever for me.
There was soem underwater level with the girl one, that i could never get through eever...

I would say something from God of War but I cant even remember the bosses from God of war anymore. So I'll just say the battle at the end of Bioshock.

Off the top of my head I'd have to say metal gear takes the cake.

The helicopter battle vs Liquid in the first one comes to mind, and the whole last battle sequence was pretty crazy with the car chase, fist fight, and metal gear battle.

But I'd have to say the battle vs the old sniper guy in the third game was probably the most unique for me, a game of hide and seek that lasted hours in some huge simulated jungle really stuck out for me.

Oh I've thought of another one. The first boss battle in Ninja Gaiden. Because of how tough it was and how good you feel once you've beaten him.

oh ive thought of another one too psycho mantis from metal gear solid i like how you have too switch from the 1st controller slot to the 2nd when he starts dodging your attacks

It would probably be Tabuu on a hard level, he was a one-hit KO when you only have 6 lives, which isn't easy.

Tabbu on hard? Dude, that's nothing comapared to intense in Boss Battles. He is rediculasly hard on intense.

Psycho Mantis from Metal Gear Solid, every boss battle from Shadow of the Colossus. Though it's not really a boss, the part in MGS3 when the Shagohod chases you around Groznyj Grad.

Serenade, bass, and alpha. all from from Megaman battle network 3.

Pyramidhead from Silent Hill 2

Lenus, the Virage, and the Divine Dragon from The Legend of Dragoon.

Thats all I can think of, but those are some wicked cool boss battles

I wouldn't really count him as a boss...I mean, he WAS one, buy all you had to do was shoot randomly, you had to make something like 15 shots, then a alarm went off, and he left. Unless you shot again, well, then he comes back.

Oh I liked the woman plant thing from Devil May Cry 4. That thing was cool to fight. Unlike the last boss battle with Dante.

I'm talking about where you fight 2 Pyramid heads at the same time.

And for the first time you fight pyramid, you don't need to shoot at all. Just dodge.

I would have to say Gears of War. The final battle against the General was hard but fun. Active reloads + Head Shot = Dead. This is by far the best Boss Battle I have played.
