It's for the contest. I didn't go too extravagent because a didn't really think it needed it.

Tell me stuff.
Do you like it?
Should I change something?

I haven't made anything in for forever, lol.

yeah it looks good, simple, clean and it goes well with the rest of the forum :)


and on the right side of that banner I can add another image there, so I am thinking of what can go there, maybe some video game characters popping out somewhere lol, gotta think about it later - well good work on this one :)

The type of font doesn't really fit the theme of the forum.

yeah sure, its not the sotw like its fixed :) and you can enter more than one design

great, i edited that thread and put this in the rules - thanks for the idea lol, although it wasn't a direct communication, it worked nonetheless :)

yeah i like the second one more - goes with the nav bar

there is a spot to put in something on the right side of the bar - and i think gray/black would go better with some gaming images there

lol ok i'll do that - you think it'll be a good idea to put those game characters on the Right side of the logo? not completely to the right like touching the wall, but there is about a 20 pixel border at the end

Do you mean farther away from the text but not all the way to the right?
If so, I think if there were a couple more characters it would look good.

Did you want me to make a separate image with just a collage of characters?

the right side image is a separate image altogether - the little strips that you made go in between the "logo" and the right side image if there is one and there isn't one right now

so the size of the right side could be the same as the real logo if not bigger or smaller

yeah since its kinda empty now lol, there was something there but really inappropriate for the theme - red/orange star thing telling people to register - ugly and useless lol

you can put whatever you want lol, honestly i suck when it comes to web design so if you look at all my templates created, most of them are the same style and colors because i made it work, except that brown template i made lol

and what other kind of navigation buttons do you mean rather than the ones we have now - like the red & silver one?

Yeah, I liked the red and silver layout.
I know that all the buttons are located in the black topbar, but it took me a while to figure that out, lol.

lol, well in the red & silver theme, there was space to put those navigation buttons on top - there were primary buttons like that before, fattat just spiced it up with better graphics lol

i don't know how I would fit them here though, i can try under the bar but then it would be like 1 navbar above another

gotta test it out later and see what can work and IF it'll work

the dark one with the characters look best for that, but it would be better off if u use it on the dark theme rather than the blue one

it'll be used on the dark theme, so i may remove it from the poll of the blue theme which i'll be setting up in an hour or two

i was just being lazy all day - like the third day with 100+ temperature and we never set up our air conditioners lol - fans blow hot air so its not great, and i took three showers today and gave my birds a shower too and had to add ice water into the fish tank because the water temperature slowly rose to room temperature and a 100 degree is NEVER good for any fish

i hate heat

omg the link color in this forum reminds me of bluey in the dark gf theme

im gonna change up the css tomorrow and then add up the logo later, gonna use red & silver for a while since it has less blue, even blue world has it :(

Linux.. did you just complain about heat?!!?!?! I should stab you right now for blasphemy!! When it hits 140degrees, come talk to me about heat! And then dont take a shower for 3 days because of a water shortage.

Ugh.. is it August yet? I wanna go home!
