wow that's amazing...could have been twins but something bad happened during maturation - pretty amazing and i agree, should remove the two hind legs - seems to be useless. would have been cool if his body was longer and he could run using all 6 legs lol - super deer

there was this girl in India born with 4 arms and 4 legs - it was crazy - they had a whole show on that on discovery or national geographic channel - one of those

and she was able to move all 8 limbs

Mutations happen all the time.
It's most likely because of underformed twins in the womb.

I hope they end up helping the deer.
