The ULTIMATE VideoGame Soundtrack thread !

Note: So that this thread doesn't become too big, I limited
the soundtracks to only THIS generation, the one we're in and
not ones from 15 years ago.

Also, only MAIN soundtracks should be concidered, the ones representing the game.

What is your favorite?


My favorite would be Metal Gear Solid 4
The MGS4 one is just so epic,
really pulls me into the games universe.
These soundtracks with a big fat Dolby 5.1 installation are pure heaven!

there most certainly is not. There's one about your favorite video game songs, but not about soundtracks in general.

Anyways, all the best soundtracks are from 2 gens ago. But if I had to choose one from this gen then MGS4.

(best soundtracks include Legend of Dragoon and Metal Gear Solid. Final Fantasy 7 is a runner-up though)

I would say MGS4 too because i cant think of any other good ones.

Halo3, Cod4 both have decent Soundtracks, that draw you in to the Game.

So far, what i've heard of the soundtrack in LittleBigPlanet is INCREDIBLE.

And mines would have to be Kingdom Hearts so far.
