ya that's what I'd think as well. surprised he didn't die from this, I mean how deep would that water have to be for him not knock his head off the bottom and become a paraplegic or slam his head so hard that he dies from blunt force trauma

water absorbs energy and shock pretty well so maybe 50 feet of water did the trick - at most its a 100 feet deep but i doubt you'd need that much
if he went belly first, 5 feet of water would have done the trick lol...but he would have been dead water or no water...
oh my god.
