Mine is pretty simple...don't know all of it though.

Manufacurer: eMachine (XD)
Processor: 2.4 Ghz Celeron
Memory: What ever is in it...I think I have like 2 gb of RAM and a 40 GB hard drive.
Video Card: A Piece of Crap, I know that much. I think I got it new for like 20 bucks.
Monitor: a Dell 22" and a 20" Gateway. Yea, Dual Screen
Sound Card: Another piece of crap. Not sure what it is, though.
Speakers: Boston,Something old. They aren't too bad for their age, though.
Keyboard: Logitech wireless. Brand New for 80 bucks.
Mouse: Logitech Wireless. Came with the keyboard.
Mouse Suface: Plastic
Operating System: XP, soon to be OS X
Motherboard: Some crappy one. Not sure.
Computer Case: eMachine...Black all around but silver in the front.

Yea it SUCKS!
It lags when I play Runescape. It lags with Doom II!
I do have a new one. Really Good, made for gaming. About 2 years old, but the best Video Card and Sound Card for its price, good power supply, great RAM (300 bucks if I sold the pair), Great Processor, and 3 hard drives, one is a 80, a 60, and a 120. I would use it, 'know? But the motherboard is dead. I got this beauty for free because the owner didn't know what was wrong, thought it was all trashed, but I tested all I could and everything works but the motherboard. I can pick one up for about 30 bucks. Pretty good computer for a cheap price.
