After noticing how much you all love sigs here at GF I thought that it was about time I learnt how to make them, the right way with photoshop. So as the title says, this is my first ever sig made in photoshop. aND i have to say, I'm pretty damn happy with it. (:

For your first sig, this is amazing. WAY better then my first sig.
I only have a couple comments, though.
The right side. It is to empty. I would either fill it up, or since it is this big of a sig, I would take out the right side because it isn't needed.
The text. Text is the hardest part and you were right about heading safe for the font. I would try bitdust or visitor, because I find those better small fonts. I would change the color of the text, because white pops out too much.
I don't really get the squares, but they don't look bad. I like them.
So I would give a 6/10. Just a couple things to improve on, and it would be a 7-8/10

looks pretty good, you did great job with the colors :) they match well and fit well - i'd still suggest that you work on the effects and filters and you'll be fine - great text placement :)

Very nice and definitely keep working at it.
Some of the filters you used don't really match each other, but I like the pixelation on it.
For pixel text, I would recommend Fiery Turk or 04b_03.
7/10.

The cropped version looks a lot better.
The water ripple effect even seems to fit more :]
Might I suggest a border around the text?
Especially the text that's on Lynch's head.

Ya a border would be nice. Other than that I thinks its great.

Wow, the cropped looks 100x better.
Good job, 7/10
But like ruki said, I would border the text, or change the color for it to be easier to see.
