Canada links Toronto plant to deadly listeriosis outbreak - CNN.com (http://www.cnn.com/2008/HEALTH/08/24/listeria.outbreak/index.html)

Weird, but at least they found it.

wow 4 dead and 21 with the bacteria and 30 under investigation - crazy, hope they can stop the spread and keep it contained and get rid of it at the end

haha, I'm not scared at all, and I live right outside Toronto.
We've gotten through tons of outbreaks of this and that and that and this, it really doesn't phase me any more.
Plus this one was acted on quickly and it seems like everything's basically under control.

They say more cases will pop up during the next few weeks, so we'll see how bad it really gets. I doubt that it'll get real bad, seeing as once a recall goes out for any product/brand, people are instantly aware and avoid any products from that brand.

Thank god I don't live in Toronto. Also one time I found a bug in my ice cube at McDonalds so I don't eat there anymore. :eek1:
