Gamers Forum Turns Two years Old

August 27th, 2006 - Gamers Forum was conceived from a domain bought from yahoo, biggest mistake by me in regards to this forum.

August 27th, 2007 - Yahoo released Gamers-Forum.com to MelbourneIT, an Australian domain company who gave me a month of headache before letting me transfer out 3 days before expiration.

August 27th, 2008 - Gamers Forum Turns Two years old without a problem.

Over the past two years we have gotten over 1,600 members, 108,000 posts in over 7,100 threads. We have gotten a 100 games in the Gamers Forum arcade, over a 100 games reviewed by our staff, four full game servers running including a VoIP Server,

Gamers Forum has come far in the past two years. From the crappy looking YaBB forum and theme to the stylish and sleek SMF forum and look on November 2006. Then after a huge server loss in June 2007, the forum was converted to vBulletin on July 2007 and we haven't looked back since.

I am proud to say I am part of this forum and I would like to thank all of you for being here to celebrate our second birthday! And thank you all for helping us grow in the past and hopefully you will be here to help us grow furher into the future.

Naz Aka Linux, you and I talked about this since High School and now that we both are in college your dream stay strong and it will remain stronger. I say yours even though we both sort of had the idea for this because you have put the must effort into this and I have sadly not.
