Okay, this is a real story. I don't know your opinion about this but after it was over, I thought it was pretty funny.
I'm in gym class,(which isn't exactly my best subject. I honestly in all reality, haven't done an actual sit-up yet.) but it was just finishing, right before the bell rang, and I usually put my geek gear ( to be specific, my "power to the players" wallet, my phone, and my DS) back into my pockets without being noticed. but today, by some weird chance of fate, my flip phone had it's two parts in between my wallet's folds.
long story short, my cell turned on and made that annoying virgin mobile theme sound. suddenlly I have both gym teachers looking at me as if I were hiding a garrote on me. they're both silent for a few seconds until one asks "what was that?" for just one second there's a moment of awkward silence and I just say " I think it was my leg ringing"
Unlike any other day, my sense of humor somehow saved me.
I got to keep my stuff, with no questions asked.

My high school is awesome. You can listen to Ipods and use cell phones during lunch. you can also use Ipods during study hall.

wow that is pretty awesome. At my school they didn't really care as long as it never rang in class. and we didn't have study hall so there was really no use for ipods.

lol.
We're not allowed to have phones on during class time, but teachers are pretty cool about it if you're not texting or anything and your phone goes off.
Some teachers even let us use Ipods and such during class, but the rules are stricter now.

Our civics teacher use to let kids listen to ipods during test. But some kid read off all his notes and recorded him self and had it playing in his ear the whole time. Smart kid if you ask me, I would of never thought of it. I still use the Water tag trick. Where scan a pop bottle or water and where it says ingredients, you change it to your own text. It's great for math test where you need to memorize like 5 different equations.

at my school there are no electronics at all, no exceptions. If you're found with anything they take it until whenever (usually the end of the day). Course people still bring stuff, just have to be careful.

That's pretty funny.
They don't want any electronics at my school. You can have them, but they have to be in the locker, also no MP3's.
Like Lemon, every brings them, but be careful.
I get a phone soon. I don't plan on taking it to class ect.
