i disagree Ruki I think the text goes nicely its just a little small kinda hard to read what it says after street

Lcd text+ light blue to dark blue gradient overlay (on radial), then stroke with a light blue color.

I agree with Ruki :-) the gradient and the font of the text is horrible, and theirs loads of text in all diffrent places ^^_ Other than that it's fine :-)

I don't like the text.
The signature itself is great, I love the background, but the font takes away from the signature, taking up too much room and it becomes to focal point, so instead of your eyes going straight to the render, it goes straight to the text.
The color blends too much, and the font doesn't match anything.

The only problem I have with it, would be the text/font.
It's too large, and doesn't go with it. It takes up too much room, and for me, your eyes just avert to it. It takes away from the signature itself.
I'd probably change it to something more plain, but that is just me.
Overall, good job~! 7/10
