I just found this Xbox arcade game Castle crashers. I downloaded the demo and about 1 hour later of playing the Demo over and over I bought it for 15$

Castle Crashers is a console video game independently developed by The Behemoth who also created Newgrounds and past Console game Alien Hominid.
The game is a side-scrolling beat-em-up in which up to 4 players can play, online or locally. Playing as one of the available knights or one of multiple unlockable characters, players must defeat enemies to progress using attacks and magic. As enemies are defeated, the characters level up, giving access to new combos and abilities, and players can improve attributes such as attack, magic, defense and agility much like Guardian Heroes for the Sega Saturn. The game is devised into stages or areas. Once a stage is beaten, it will unlock the next stage, and so on.
