I want Half Life2: episode 3 to come out!
of course my first problem is the fact that that is my favorite single-player shooter, and I'm obssessed with it.
the second problem is that it leaves you on a cliff-hanger every TIME!
this time, you're pinned to a wall by a combine-worm-thingy.
WHAT'S GONNA HAPPEN TO ME!? is dogg gonna get off his lazy butt, and help me? is it gonna be the vortigaunts, or the grayman? WHAT!?

...and just because I'm a geek like this, I'm pretty sure you're gonna be going to aperture science's nuclear ship, "borealis". It would be extremely awesome if GlaDOs appeared as an easter egg. just a thought....

NO IT WOULD NOT BE! GLaDOS died at the time of the events in Half-Life 1. The events in Portal 2 will take place around the time of the original Half-Life 2. So it would be STUPID if a dead character was even an EASTER EGG. What WOULD be awesome was if you got to kill G-Man. I don't know if he's dead or not since I'm still on Half-Life 2 though lol...I'm too busy with stuff to play Half-Life

Ok, obviously your tiny mind was not paying attention to the final movie on Portal.
Do you not remember that there were several COPIES of GlaDOS' core mind in the room you flew to AFTER you destroyed the main system? plus, how could the mechanical arm put out the candle if GLaDOS wasn't there to operate it?
and even MORE obvious, there's a sequel coming out.... that make sense Fernando?
and c'mon.. Gordon Freeman and GLaDOS in the same game? it's gold!

but who's to say that GLaDOS isn't immortal? think about it.

I already know they are going to include Aperture Science in Half-Life 3, or Half-Life Episode 3, or whatever they name it.
Genetic Lifeform and Disk Operating System is not going to be there, sorry. She exploded. There isn't anyway to have Gordan Freeman meet GLaDOS, thats dumb. You might meet Chell if you are lucky.
I, on the other hand, am looking forward to Portal 2. More then Half-Life Episode 3, actually.

You cant rush perfection is all I can say. Seriously, the best games are usually the ones which have had years of work put into them. Half-Life shows us this.

I have a feeling that Portal 2 (if there will ever be one) will come out a lot sooner than HL3.

And I think it might come out around the same time, maybe.
