What does Alan Wake have to do with that article? as for Alan Wake not coming out yet, it's a big project and Remedy is just not that big. If you look at their history

Max Payne(Multi) 2001- so as you can see, look how long it took them too build this

Max Payne 2(multi) 2003- no evidence but I'd bet it used the same engine as MP

Alan Wake 360/PC 2009?-

Personally it just looks to me as they are slow at building the game engines
