the render is very choppy and kinda doesn't really fit - the background and text placement is good but the render and the effects you may have used on him screws it up

i'd rate it a 5/10 - nice try though, its good practice and if you keep it up, I'm sure you'll get a lot better

it helps if you tell them why they got a rating whether its good or bad, otherwise i would recommend that you not rate any future signatures.

Uhm...
Let's see, what can I say that hasn't been said?
Maybe I'll re-state, here we go:
-The text? Doesn't really fit. It looks alright, but the text is one thing that can make or break a signature, this one kinda broke it.
-The Noise Effect (I think?) doesn't fit. At all. I suggest never using noise for an effect except a western one, because it makes it look blurry and low quality.
-The background is alright, kinda reminds me of Yuuki's backgrounds. I would suggest adding some depth to it, dunno how, maybe shadows or something. Something that doesn't make it look flat.
-The render is kinda choppy. When you pick renders, you want them to be clean and not choppy.

Overall, I would give it a 6/10
