Most Overrated Actor today?

Who do you feel is the most overrated actor working today?

I'd say Leonardo Dicaprio. Dicaprio is good but widly overpraised.

In terms of money made per movie, Will Ferrell. He's plain garbage but gets top level actor money. The only thing remotely good that he's starred in was his days on Saturday Night Live

lol I'd probably say will ferrell as well...not sure about Leonardo DiCaprio - he got his name from Titanic and i don't hear a lot of "overpraise" as you say, the last movie I watched Starring DiCaprio was "Blood Diamond" which was pretty good

i saw every movie you mentioned lol...just didn't remember them at the time of my last post - I liked them all - but Titanic i never wanna watch again lol, saw it like a zillion times cuz of my sister, she loves that movie and watches it whenever they show it on TV lol - and its a looong movie so she doesn't give up the TV that easily when that happens

Being nominated for an Oscar is the highest honor an actor can be celebrated with, yet it seems like the Academy deems any film Dicaprio is in to be important, and nominates him without even watching the film.

There are so many other actors (Ed Harris, Gary Sinise, Gary Oldman) who have turned in a career of excellent, film stealing performances, but they don't have the hype machine behind them like Leo does.

Tom Cruise, I don't think he can act that well. It may just be because I don't like him and look for everything he does wrong in his movies.

lol...i'll top that with Ben Affleck - i never liked his movies...the only one I'd watch over and over is Armageddon and he's not even the main star...its Bruce Willis lol

Ben Affleck movies that I like

He played in Clerks 2 but only for 1 scene

Reindeer Games is top notch
Dogma is awesome
Armageddon is awesome, imo he complemented Bruce Willis well
Good Will Hunting, didn't have the lead but still good in it
Mallrats, he played a good a-hole
Dazed and Confused, he played his 5th senior role well

ya I only like Envy from Ben Stiller, he did do a good role as the male nurse in Happy Gilmore..can't believe there going to do a Zoolander 2. And as for Adam Sandler his last good movie was nearly 10 freaking years ago, man his career is riddled with a bunch a average movies and suckages

really? every ben stiller movie i've seen he played a completely different character. Dodgeball, meet the parents/fockers, his small part in happy gilmore, and i'm guessing he doesn't play anyone similar to his roles in those films in tropic thunder.

adam sandler...yeah he's the same in every movie. Same with will ferrell.
