Help Me With Some Christmas?

Hello Gamers-Forum, this is your old inactive buddy Younging94.
And i am now calling out for your help for what I should get for Christmas because i just, cant, pick.

Some may ask, "Hey, stop thinking about yourself, Christmas is about people other than you." Well, yes, yes it is. But i cant deal with the pressure of people always asking me what i want so i might as well just answer.

Now, things already on my list are Sims 2 Expansion Packs
(Pets)
(University)
& (Open For Business)
and Sims 3 when it comes out.


But the thing really getting under my skin is, what the hell else should i get?
I came down to Little Big Planet, Mirrors Edge, Assassins Creed (yea, im late), Or i might just go out of the way to get Resistance 2 Even though i was kinda pissed at the first.

So, i really dont know about LBP because it seems like the kind of game i would lose interest in after awhile.
Mirrors Edge, undecided because i was looking at some reviews and as you would expect there were some flaws in the movement, like you will seem like you've jumped off this plank 100 times already with the same moves, and the insides of building look alot alike as you progress.
Assassins Creed just looks like a fun game overall, its also old, but it will be cheap.
Resistance 2! I realllly dont know about because it doesnt seem like the kind of game i would enjoy. I always have a hard time with fps because it seems like i will not progress through that one part and i will kind of just give up, or it wouldnt be addicting ENOUGH.


But, on the side i will save up money for Infamous sometime in early 2009 i believe and that seems like a must get (or Heavy Rain).

Please i hope i didnt bore you through my (may seem selfish) rant, but my United Gamer, will you please "Give A Brotha A Hand"?

they are all great games and unfortunately i have little experience with all of them. and i really want to try out little big planet, I've heard its pretty great from members of this forum as well as friends who has played the game. Don't know too many other people that played Mirror's Edge, and I've played assassin's creed, just not too well and it wasn't even my game lol..played it at a store if i remember correctly

well please listen to my opinion.
assasins creed was good for its time and release because it was very very different, unique and had new game play as well as a solid story. BUT. it is repetitive, someone please argue this if you do not agree.! not making that the only reason why i think you should take it away from your list, just it is an old game and you can do much better.

Swap your assasins creed idea with the new Prince of Persia game and you are laughing, and will be very satisfied ;) :P

LBP will not disappoint, you don't even have to worry about creating levels because between user created and the ones MM provide it's more than enough, as for waiting for heavy hitter such Infamous or Heavy Rain, well Infamous release IIRC is Aprilish and Heavy Rain is likely late 2009 so it'd be really be useless saving for those 2 at this point
