GECK? I wouldn't think so... But you can probably make a save for pc, edit everything you want, and convert it to a ps3 savegame.

With GECK, you can set ALL of DC's health cap to like 10, and their Damage Threshold to 0, and in one shot the will explode in an insanely gory fountain.

Well, it isn't that simple, you shoould learn the language first, look at some guides, and the bluh bluh. But when you finnaly get fluent it is really fun, also, there is an editing tool called GECK, it lets you make new guns, change practicly everything and import all of new stuff. And also get the mod manager for it.
