Just watched Kill Bill volume 1 and I found it to be good, I believe this movie would be right up your alley. a women is beaten up and nearly killed she assumes her daughter died so seeks revenge on those that beat her and nearly killed her, it involves a lot of sword play so I figured that's why you'd like it.
